R&B group After 7 is back with a new single called "Bittersweet." The mid-tempo song explores the ups and downs of a relationship.
"I am fairly certain that if you live life long enough you will learn that you can' have the sunshine without the rain," says member Kevon Edmonds.
The group also announced that "Bittersweet" features as the first single from their upcoming fifth studio album, Upcoming Business, which will be released on May 14th.
Their last album was 2016's Timeless. It featured vocals from Jason Edmonds, the son of founding member Melvin Edmonds, who died in 2019. The trio is currently comprised of original members Kevon Edmonds Keith Mitchell and new member Danny McClain.
