    Ashanti, the former titled “Princess of R&B”, and Keyshia Cole were supposed to get together this past weekend for the latest instalment in the Verzuz series. Unfortunately, an announcement was made before the scheduled 2pm NZT start time on Sunday that the battle would be postponed as Ashanti revealed she had tested positive for Covid-19.

    Verzuz put out an official postponement message within an hour of Ashanti's post.

    The battle between the two R&B singers will occur in NZT on 10 January 2021.
