    A full trailer for "Genius: Aretha" dropped today which features Academy Award nominee Cynthia Erivo transforming into the Queen of Soul.  The Genius series is set to return March 21 with this installment focusing on the life of Aretha Franklin. Previous seasons have portrayed the lives of Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso. A future season will focus on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

    National Geographic, the home network for the show, said in a statement that this season will "explore Aretha Franklin's musical genius and incomparable career, as well as the immeasurable impact and lasting influence she has had on music and culture around the world.
