Auckland-raised rapper Eliezer takes listeners on a journey through love with his new EP Flowers. The five-track project features a story involving infatuation, vulnerability and heartbreak. Creating a jazzy fusion of Hip Hop and R&B makes a nice bed for the story he seeks to tell.
Born in London Eliezer produces and engineers all of his music with Ten.Oh and that remains true with Flowers. The EP is a full concept project with each song representing a flower, and each flower representing a girl. Eliezer has constructed the EP well allowing him to explore different concepts of love from different points of view in a way. What's real nice about it is how fresh it feels, love is a subject that has been tackled since man could write but yet Eliezer still finds a way to keep it fresh. That is certainly a reflection on the quality of his pen.
