    This Christmas season has seen a variety of artists adding new takes on classics to celebrate the holidays. PJ Morton, Tori Kelly, JoJo, Tinashe and now Sabrina Claudio brings her distinctive sound to the mix.

    Claudio says about the album, “My intention behind creating and indulging into a Christmas album was to attempt to shine a small light through an incredibly dark year for as many people as I can reach.”

    Small light indeed. Christmas Blues is not the up-tempo party starter for your Christmas soiree. Rather it sets the perfect holiday mood for sipping your favourite yuletide beverage in the company of a special mate. This is certainly highlighted in “Short Red Silk Lingerie”, one of five original songs on the album.

    Claudio also covers classics such as “The Christmas Song”, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” and a standout rendition of “Oh Holy Night”. Listeners will also be treated to features from The Weeknd and Alicia Keys.
