    It was only 15 years ago that Ne-Yo burst onto the scene with his debut album In My Own Words. It would earn a #1 spot on the Billboard 200 in the US but only peak at #35 here in New Zealand. 

    To celebrate the 15th anniversary the singer has released a deluxe version of the album. It contains 6 bonus songs; 2 unreleased commercial tracks, 2 live performances and 2 instrumentals. 

    In My Own Words would produce two top 10 hits on the New Zealand chart with "So Sick" peaking at #2 and "Sexy Love" peaking at #8
