    To recognize the 10th anniversary of his debut mixtape House of Balloons, The Weeknd is reissuing the project. He stated it'll be in it's "original incarnation" for the fist time, including original mixes and samples that weren't included the first time around.

    In 2021 the Weeknd dropped a compilation project Trilogy, which included material from the Thursday, Echoes of Silence, and House of Balloons tapes. Originally House of Balloons had sampled music that wasn't cleared. One of those artists was Aaliyah.
